I so wish I could speak on the installation or work services offered by Pro-Tech, however I was unable to even move forward past the consultation phase. I got a quote on a couple of window replacements, a front storm door issue and an interior pocket door repair in April of 2025, which unfortunately fell out of our budget range to complete all of the jobs together. When I asked if we could do just one of the projects from the quote, I never got a response back from the owner. I followed up twice by text, and again no answer. Life moved on, we've been dealing with the annoying needs for repairs since then and I put the disappointing exchange behind me.Fast forward to Feb. 2026, my project needs are now dire enough they can't be ignored any longer and we finally have the funds to cover the whole project plus extra. I chalked up the ghosting via text the previous year as an oversight, certainly couldn't be personal, and I decided to call Protech to get an updated consult with any inflation pricing and get the project rolling. The phone was answered quickly, though once I stated my name to the person who answered the phone I heard some typing and clicking and then was hung up on. I waited a few minutes for them to call me back, and that was 3 days ago. I'm very confused, as I am not a bad customer and my interaction with the owner when we got our consult was polite, professional and brief. Terrible communication, wishing that all of you who use them have a better experience than me.

My front door window pane was broken and they came and measured in under an hour and replaced it the next day. They did an excellent job! I highly recommend Mario for his hard work and attention to detail. He was professional and very kind. A job well done for sure.
Outstanding!! Had my windows replaced today, Mario and his team did an excellent job. I am so happy with the way they came out. When he came out to give the estimate he took the time to go over everything and his pricing was very fair. The windows needed to be ordered and came in very quickly. The installation process was done efficiently and professionally. They were very neat every thing was cleaned up nice & tidy. I highly recommend Pro-tec. Will definitely use them again!
