This shop did a small job for me involving custom cutting a few pieces of glass I had ordered online. The young woman at the front desk was professional and courteous, setting realistic expectations of how the process would work and the estimated time of completion. Despite the glass being very thin they were able to cut the pieces and the price was more than fair. I would definitely consider them for a bigger job. Thank you!

I had a window that had popped out of the frame during a weirdly windy day and shattered the interior pane (standard double-pane window). I called around looking for a repair quote and got everything from $200 to $500, with some shops estimating a 3 week turnaround time.

Thank god for this place. I dropped it off and they called me about an hour later saying it was all set. Not only that, but they replaced some of the hardware and screws as a courtesy AND only charged $60. I asked why they were so much more reasonable than other glass repair places and the receptionist explained that they’re one of the few shops that do jobs like these by hand. I won’t pretend to know what that means or how window repairs work in general; all I know is that Lizotte is the place to go for a good job at a good price.
