Yesterday, I noticed that one of the two springs on my garage door was completely broken. Unfortunately, my truck was stuck inside the garage. I called Crawford & Brinkman. They quoted me a price range. I asked when they could come out. She said “tomorrow morning before 11. I must tell you, I was pleasantly surprised that the technician arrived before 10:30. He was very well spoken and he was a huge help. With a lot of effort he was able to get the door open and released my truck from captivity. Within an hour, he was completely done replacing both springs (recommended). He had an invoice ready for me and I was more than willing to pay him. The invoice was actually less than the quoted amount. I was amazed about 3 things:(1) The technician was super professional and friendly.(2) The invoice amount was lower than quoted price.(3) They came to my home in less than 24 hours. He had the correct parts on his truck, and fixed the problem very quickly. I believe his name was Keith.I highly recommend this company for handling garage door issues.
Tech, Keith, came over to do a door adjustment and change the sensors. Very friendly and super knowledgeable. Explained everything and was still quick & efficient. Only company I will call for a repair, regardless of the door opener brand.

I called about new garage door openers, Chris came out and explained everything to me in detail! They worked with me on the install date. The install date a tech. Called in and they called me first thing in the morning to let me know. I still had my new openers installed that day just a little bit later! Austin was the installer and he did a great job and cleaned up very well when he was done! Great service and communication!
Had a high lift installed by Keith, he is a pro I definitely recommend. Only complaint is it a took a few weeks to get on the install schedule. I guess business is good.
