5 Star Experience from start to finish! The rear power window (not passenger) on my Toyota Tundra stopped working. Called Phoenix Power Window Repair this morning and was able to get my truck in and repaired the same day. The price they quoted over the phone was the price I paid. I called a few other places and they all were hundreds of dollars more to fix the same issue, the dealership quote me over 3x times the price I paid! I would definitely recommend this business to anyone needing help with their window issues! Very friendly and professional folks here.
i came in a while ago with a 2002 clk 430 cabriolet with a rear window that wouldnt operate. i tinkered with it and gave up after a while, a repair i figured would be irreparable, came back to me in perfect condition, within a day. for an incredible price too, lower cost than to purchase a new motor itself. my car came back with no scratches or dirt on the leather, ontop of the fact that my roof was also inoperable, so unfortunately the mechanic had to cram his way into the car. too many factors and it came out perfectly regardless. will be coming back.

OMG!! True professionals who took my same day 'appointment' when I called!! I was driving down I-17 when my driver side window decided to slowly go down...quite bummed as it was HOT out. I got home and searched for best rated power window service. Phoenix Power Window was on offer! I called and they said to come down to shop, as this would have been less expensive than using their mobile service. Context here: the shop asked where I lived relative to their shop. They strongly suggested I drive in and save $$. I agreed and it was well worth it!!They got to work right away, even allowed me to see the work being done, explained to me what broke and why, and described the repair and replacement part (went from plastic to a metal part guaranteed to last a long time, like the life of the car long!)Even had the chance to speak with the owner and was completely at ease with the work being done, the history of the shop/operation. Taking the time out of what was a busy schedule (and overhearing the shop taking calls and advising potential customers) to chat all things window repair, and vintage car rebuilds on the side, I kept thinking that I have to leave this business, and it's people, a great review!!The repair was all done from my arriving to payment in just under 1 hour!
