PHENOMENAL from start to finish!! Highly recommend Sliding Door GURU. I needed to replace a large glass sliding door panel (33x91) because one of the two panes broke when a rock hit it from the weed wacker. It was the only company out of 6 that I called that had the size glass I needed in stock. They came within 3 days of me calling, had the old broken panel out within 10 mins, and the new one in within 30 more minutes. He also cleaned the glass/work area and price matched the lowest quote I had received even though his quote was already reasonable from some of the others I had received. The whole process was a BREEZE. Seriously don't bother calling anyone else. You've found your glass guy!!

I AM ASTONISHED AT HOW FAST SLIDER DOOR GURU CAME TO OUR RESCUE!!! I am sure some don’t get as lucky to call for glass repair and be able to get same day service!!!! Our back slider door was new back in 2005 and this is going on 18 years and those wheels on the bottom were well worn out but what I didn’t know was why my door moved as if there were 250 gallon drums of water hanging on each end meaning rolling very hard. well after less than a 15 minute visit from Michael, my door is as good as a brand new and perhaps even better because as Michael explained, my door is made of aluminum and not vinyl like the newer ones today so these new steel sealed bearing wheels will last a few decades. Go ahead spend money on replacing your doors. They will look may be a little bit better. In my case the glass was fine. I didn’t need anything cosmetically changed slider door guru didn’t try to show me anything I didn’t need they didn’t tell me I needed a new 8 foot door and had various payment plans that would pay for the door over the next few years. For a couple hundred dollars my headaches over the last many years left when Michael hopped in his vehicle and I’ve bid him farewell with a big thank you.I have to tell you give them a call ~ they might ask for you to send them a few pictures in a text they’ll give you a quote and you’ll be the happiest homeowner in town. Thank you slider door guru thank you, thank you.And I would be remiss if I didn’t say that you’ll be dealing with quite possibly a young lady named Amy on the telephone and through your text she is as much of that company as the workers that go out on the calls, she’ll text you right back she’ll communicate with you as if she’s communicating with her own grandmother so to speak very efficient at what she does very kind and considerate on the phone as well.
