Definis & Sons recently replaced 7 windows in my home, and overall I’m very happy with the results. The crew was professional, careful with their work, and the finished windows look great and function perfectly. The installation itself was neat and tidy, and they showed clear attention to detail throughout the job. The only area that could be improved is the time it took to get the appointment scheduled, which was a bit slower than I expected, but compared to the great price, service, professionalism, communication, and workmanship, this is a minor issue. Taken all together, my experience was very positive, and I’d gladly recommend them for quality window replacement.
Highly recommend this company! I needed a new front door and windows. From the start, everyone was SO kind and helpful! I loved being able to go to the showroom, discuss different options with them, and receive the best recommendations based on my home. When it was time for the installation dates, they were timely and so professional. Junior, Cody, and his crew of men are the best! & their prices were the BEST out of everyone I received a quote from. & the quality of the front door, storm door, and windows is excellent! Don't look anywhere else if you're looking for new doors and/or windows- I can't recommend Definis and Sons enough!
Our experience with the Definis and Sons team was excellent. The entire process, from measurement to ordering and installation, was seamless. The windows were installed promptly and with great attention to detail. Junior skillfully resolved an issue with the previous window installation and ensured the new ones were fitted correctly. We are very pleased with the quality and solidity of the windows, and we haven't encountered any problems thus far. Junior and his team did an outstanding job installing our two double-hung windows. Junior was not only friendly but also incredibly meticulous in his work. They left the area spotless, and the craftsmanship was impeccable
I just want to say Thank You to Junior & his crew for the 7 windows they just installed this morning (within 2hours). They were all courteous, very nice & did an absolutely wonderful job & also at cleaning up & showing me how to clean my new windows with the tilt in feature. I highly recommend Definis & Son for all your window & door needs. You can’t beat their prices. We also had a storm door installed a few weeks ago by them & yes it was a bit pricey, but it’s so much heavier then the others from Home Depot etc. & I love it. The wind took the other 3 we had, which were cheap & didn’t hold up. I will most certainly be back for my picture window! Very satisfied! Thank You again!
