Five Star Contractors

Five Star Contractors provided Five Star service for the sticco remediation project in my new home in Malvern. It was a very large project and their team performed at a platinum level all the way through from the first call to the last walk-through. I could not have asked for a better experience. They worked during intense summer heat and Did not miss any days where the sun was shining. The difference with this group is their approach. They have a team approach with an on site project manager ….in my case I had Mike Renner as the go to guy and he was absolutely superb. . He’s a young fella with a very bright future. He was a great communicator And Always answered all of my questions in timely and professional manner I could not have asked for a better person to work with. Each crew had a separate manager and the workers were highly skilled, hardworking and left the working area in good order. The trim work was complex because the Azack material needed to be bent to fit the existing large curved windows. . Mike Senior came out several times during the project. We had excellent conversations.. We had a leak in the shower floor on the corner of the house and thankfully due to the diligence, They found the hidden bathroom leak and was able to correct it a timely and expeditious manner. This group has every tool for success. All the people I worked with from the first phone call with Quinn. , Matt, Jerry , Jesse, Richie, Mike Junior, and Mike Senior and let us not forget Dorothy,( who kindly asked me for money every once in a while). I’ve been around for many decades and I don’t think I’ve ever worked with a group this good before…. if I ever have another large project to do I would definitely call upon them. Stucco remediation is a messy, meticulous, and large undertaking because these guys have a methodical rational approach to the process they perform at a extremely high-level… if you need stucco remediation or a large exterior project, these are the guys to call. I enthusiastically support them and they have my hundred percent confidence . Best wishes, Stuart Gordon.

When we decided to replace our stucco we thoroughly researched contractors in the area. We chose Five Star because of their strong reputation of quality work. We weren’t disappointed! They removed the stucco, installed Hardie, and replaced our windows and roof. Each part of the project was managed by a team of specially trained pros in that area. In addition to the best-in-industry materials, the quality of the people—professional, expertly trained and trustworthy—made the start-to-finish experience as stress-free and efficient as possible. While working full-time, we never had to worry that our project was managed well, and on time and budget. So when it came time for us to replace our deck, Five Star was our first and only call. We couldn’t be happier with the result! Five Star provides what they state: peace of mind. We know the job will be done right. In both our projects, they provided great recommendations and guided us through the process effortlessly and seamlessly. Great people and we give them our highest recommendation.

Just completed a kitchen remodel, garage conversion, mudroom, deck, new roof. Amazing attention to detail. High quality material and labor. Every contractor that came was skilled and professional. Martin was amazing. Whenever an issue came up it was discussed and dealt with professionally to our satisfaction. We could not be happier with our new kitchen and deck. We will definitely be using them for any future projects.

Mike, Matt, Jesse, Robert and the whole Five Star Crew have been a great team to work with. Upon moving into a new home with extensive exterior damage, Five Star was knowledgeable, diligent and highly efficient in fixing the issues. Mike was our point guy and was so responsive to any and every question we had. We really appreciate the work they completed and will be using them exclusively in the future with any home needs. Thank you thank you thank you!

Five Star Contractors helped us with an extensive exterior remodeling project to replace stucco, windows, and doors with Hardie siding and stone. Matt and Robert were our primary points of contact for our project, but all of the Five Star representatives we interacted with consistently demonstrated professionalism, responsiveness, attention to detail, and quality work product. Our house looks awesome and we get compliments all the time. We had a great experience with Five Star and would strongly recommend them to any homeowners considering major renovation projects.
