Thermal Quality installed new windows for us in November 2025. The whole process from start to finish was flawless. No games on options and pricing upfront, unlike competitor quotes starting at 3x market. Windows are fantastic! My heater goes on half the time as previous years and it is so quiet inside the house now (can't hear the typical road noise). I especially appreciated the install. Great Installers. Courteous, took the extra mile, even fixed something for me as a bonus. Had 20 windows done. Competitors said they'd do it in a day. I appreciated Thermal Quality took their time (3 days) to do it right. When you spend this kind of money, you want it done correctly. Install is everything. I've already recommended Thermal Quality to my entire neighborhood (2 have signed up so far and more thinking of doing so in the Spring) and my co-workers. I can honestly say this is the one provider you can go to and not need other quotes. Hands down a great experience!

I had 3 windows and a balcony door installed Dec. 2017. The balcony door needed a slight adjustment. I called the office, Danielle answered promptly, she had Mitch contact me the same day and we set an appointment. Easiest and fastest service ever. The balcony door was repaired within 3 days.
