It’s not the easiest type of install, and we just didn’t feel confident with most of the companies we talked to.We ended up finding Brock with Vista Windows on Instagram, and from the beginning he stood out. He came out right away, really knew his stuff, and explained everything clearly. After meeting with him, we finally felt confident we had found the right person to install our new windows.During the install, his team showed up on time, were professional, and took extra care to protect the inside of our home. They put measures in place to keep dust from spreading throughout the house, which we really appreciated. When everything was finished, they cleaned up thoroughly and left the place looking great.The new windows completely opened up what used to be a dark living room — it was literally a night and day transformation. The amount of natural light now is incredible.Overall, it was a smooth experience from start to finish. During the entire process he's been patient, provided detailed and clear quotes, helpful, informative, professional, and just made the decision and experience a smooth one. The other companies I met with spent so much unnecessary time on a scripted sales pitch, one company took up an hour and a half even though I kept saying I had a hard out, a couple others - way overpriced, one had a reasonable price but took forever to get back to me with the written quote and questions. Brock was just there every step of the way. Gave me the quotes fast even with my changes, answered my questions about different models and the install, and double measured. On the day if the install, the installers that came to do the master bedroom were courteous, quick, and took care to leave the house the way they found it by cleaning up thoroughly afterwards. I was able to work at home with no distractions. The carpet and tiles were treated with care. Just a truly wonderful experience; hands down Im coming back to Brock and Vista for the next series of window replacements.
