Big thanks to MK and the team at Durham Autohaus for there awesome work! I brought in my 2025 Tacoma to get the IGLA immobilizer installed and they did an amazing job. From when I first sent the inquiry to the walk-through of how to use it, they were phenomenal. They explained how it works and the benefits thoroughly, and set me up with an appointment quickly. The tech was very knowledgeable and took his time with me to understand how it works. The customer service was top notch and I recommend Durham Autohaus, they won't disappoint.

Fantastic experience, Ryan has some very incredible techs that take the care and time to do very complex tasks. In my case, I had a very unfortunate incident with 2 full smoothie drinks falling out of their drink trays. They fell in a very awkward position and leaked under the middle console. I physically couldn't clean it myself and I didn't want it to get worse / moldy.I reached out to several different shops and detailers but at the end of the day Durham Autohaus was the most competitive and responsive to get the work done.From communication to taking care of the vehicle, you couldn't even tell the middle console was removed.Thank you to everyone, this is a true gem in Durham!
