Exceptional service by everyone at Durham Autohaus.

Ryan was very patient and helpful with all of my questions allowing me to make an informed decision on what I wanted. He is very knowledgeable and didn’t make me feel pressured into purchasing/installing one product over another.

Troy took his time and didn’t make me feel rushed when he was explaining how to use each of the devices installed (IGLA, Compustar and Dronemobile). He ensured I felt comfortable with each device before I left.

Shay was also great to deal with and kept me up to date on the status of my vehicle. Great communication.

I will be recommending others to Durham Autohaus. Thanks!

The technician who handled the installation was extremely kind, professional, and very knowledgeable. He took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure the installation was done perfectly.

From when I first sent the inquiry to the walk-through of how to use it, they were phenomenal. They explained how it works and the benefits thoroughly, and set me up with an appointment quickly. Fantastic experience, Ryan has some very incredible techs that take the care and time to do very complex tasks. In my case, I had a very unfortunate incident with 2 full smoothie drinks falling out of their drink trays. They fell in a very awkward position and leaked under the middle console. I physically couldn't clean it myself and I didn't want it to get worse / moldy.

I reached out to several different shops and detailers but at the end of the day Durham Autohaus was the most competitive and responsive to get the work done.

From communication to taking care of the vehicle, you couldn't even tell the middle console was removed.

Thank you to everyone, this is a true gem in Durham!
