Durham Autohaus

Exceptional service by everyone at Durham Autohaus. Ryan was very patient and helpful with all of my questions allowing me to make an informed decision on what I wanted. He is very knowledgeable and didn’t make me feel pressured into purchasing/installing one product over another. Troy took his time and didn’t make me feel rushed when he was explaining how to use each of the devices installed (IGLA, Compustar and Dronemobile). He ensured I felt comfortable with each device before I left. Shay was also great to deal with and kept me up to date on the status of my vehicle. Great communication. I will be recommending others to Durham Autohaus. Thanks!

I had an excellent experience at Durham Autohaus. I recently had an IGLA alarm system installed, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. The upgrade gives me great peace of mind. The technician who handled the installation was extremely kind, professional, and very knowledgeable. He took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure the installation was done perfectly. The entire process was smooth and stress-free. I truly appreciate the outstanding customer service, and I will definitely return for future services. Highly recommended!

Big thanks to MK and the team at Durham Autohaus for there awesome work! I brought in my 2025 Tacoma to get the IGLA immobilizer installed and they did an amazing job. From when I first sent the inquiry to the walk-through of how to use it, they were phenomenal. They explained how it works and the benefits thoroughly, and set me up with an appointment quickly. The tech was very knowledgeable and took his time with me to understand how it works. The customer service was top notch and I recommend Durham Autohaus, they won't disappoint.
