If there was zero stars, I'd give zero. We've been going to this location for 5 years now when it was owned by the previous owner Rob. He was an amazing guy with EXCELLENT service! This is our 3rd car tinted there. In 2024, when we got out current car, Rob sold the business to a new owner. This was when our current car was tinted. With Rob we NEVER ever had to return to do anything after the tinting was done the 1st time

A few wks ago we noticed that the tint on the driver window was peeling off. We took the car back in and they redid it. The same evening we got home, we noticed a big bubble on the new tint that they just did. We called and they said it'd be ok. We waited 7 days and the bubble was still there, so we took it bk in again. By this time, we felt upset and felt like they didn't really know what they were doing.

My fiance decided that he wanted to stay and watch as they redid it again, because he didnt trust them anymore. While the guy was redoing the tint, a another guy came out of the office angry asking him what he was doing there. My fiance explained that he doesnt trust that they know what they're doing, so he wants to see for himself how they're doing it (he used to be a mechanic).

The guy got so upset saying that he doesnt trust them so they're not servicing him and to get out! My fiance was so upset he couldnt believe this is they way these people treat their customers. He got in the car and started reversing the car out, in the process he accentally hit a rail that was there and scratched the rear bumper. With Rob the previous owner, he always took the keys from you and drove the car from the parking lot into the shop. When the car was done, they drove the car out bk to the parking lot, the customers never had to do it themselves. With this new owner, you have the drive the car in and out yourself!

My fiance then called the Mississauga location, and told them what happened. They told him to bring the car in to them and they will re-tint the window for free. We live in Uxbridge, so going to Mississauga was 1 hr and 5 mins drive, where-as the Pickering location was about 25 mins drive. So we had to drive all the way to Mississauga to fix the tint. We're here right now waiting for it to be done. The guy took the key and drove the car into the shop and returned it to the parking lot after it was done.

The minute you walk into the Mississauga location you can feel the difference in customer service compared to the Pickering location. Also, Rob always put a piece of tape across the button so you remember not to open the window for the amt of days they tell you. The new owner did not put any tape to remind you. I has to put the tape on there to remind myself not to open it. At the Mississauga store, they did put the tape saying do not open.I highly recommend Tint World Mississauga! They are highly experienced, friendly, professional and actially cares about the customers.Pickering location we will NEVER ever go to again!

Had gotten the front 2 windows tinted here on the Saturday and waited for about 2 hours for it to be done. Once I got home I had noticed a scratch on the front passenger window as well as some bubbling at the bottom. I brought the car back later that day and mentioned it to an employee and they asked me to come back on Tuesday. I came back on the Tuesday for them to redo the front passenger side window and waited for another 2 hours. Once they had brought the car back out I had noticed another scratch alongside the scratch that was initially there and brought that up to the staff once more. They explained how the window is what was scratched and that the tints make the scratch visible which I COMPLETELY understand. However I brought up how on the Saturday I had a picture that shows the 1 scratch and now there are 2 scratches after getting it redone on the Tuesday. They now want to me to come back once again to find a resolution since the owner isn’t present. If the tint makes scratches visible then how come only 1 was visible on Saturday and this morning prior to me coming back but now after they redid that window how come there are now 2 visible scratches. The first picture attached in from Saturday when I had first noticed a scratch and the second picture attached is from today of both the new and old scratch. I was able to speak to the owner and he has not provided a resolution or taken accountability for the damage.

I'm leaving this here until the problem gets resolved, I had a radio installation through tint world in April of last year 2024 I paid almost $500 for a basic radio installation. Since then the radio has started to fall inwards into my dashboard, I have never seen this issue ever It also no longer turns on, my guess is that it wasn't installed right the first time. I went into your shop last week as of writing this to see if I can get it fixed, and I haven't heard anything back yet from your radio technician, I was told somebody would get back to me in a couple days, My name should be on file and I've already sent you guys the invoice for the job the last year.

I recently visited Tint World to get a PPF installed on my new Honda Civic, and I couldn’t be happier with the results! The quality of the work is outstanding the PPF is practically invisible, and my car looks flawless.

Initially, I was unsure about getting window tints, but Ryan and Nabeel were incredibly helpful in explaining the options and benefits. Thanks to their guidance, I decided to come back the very next morning to get tints as well. They took the time to explain both types of tints available, and I ended up choosing ceramic tints. I’m so glad I did—they look amazing and were definitely the right choice!

While waiting for my car to get tinted, I discovered their awesome racing simulator. It was such a fun way to pass the time! The shop itself is spotless, and the staff are very knowledgeable and professional. They truly know what they’re doing.

And let me tell you—Ryan is the man! He hooked me up with an amazing deal on both services. If you’re looking for the best deals, just talk to Ryan. Trust me, he’ll make it happen—you might even walk out with a deal so good, you’ll feel like you just robbed a bank (legally, of course)!

Overall, I’m thrilled with my experience at Tint World. The team went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied, and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality work and excellent service. Thank you, Ryan and Nabeel, for making this such a great experience!
