Frank was very responsive to an initial inquiry and to subsequent emails. He was knowledgeable, friendly and gave a complete quote. I chose to do some of the items and not others and that didn't seem to be a problem. It took a bit of time to get the window pane glass (I would suggest a periodic email, but when I sent him one he responded quickly) but once it was in I was very happy. He also tuned up several windows that were very difficult to raise and lower.

Frank did a great job of installing new balances on my 30+ year old windows. I had many people pitch me window replacement. Frank was the one who said that the windows only needed new balances. I spent a fraction of what new windows would have cost. Now my windows are good as new. Thanks also to Matt, who helped with the new balances. I would highly recommend Frank and the Window Factory!

The repair person, Frank, was extremely knowledgeable about our windows and made the repairs look easy, but I know it wasn't a simple job. Frank was very patient and repaired all 9 windows for us. I wouldn't hesitate to call the Window Factory if we needed any more help. Kudos to Frank. He's a keeper!
