After a few disappointing non-follow up calls from 2 other local glass replacement businesses, the Glass Doctor of PSL measured, picked up, and replaced our triangle table glass within a 2 week period. Always do my best to support small/local businesses. What a pleasant experience. A few places never returned my call, but left message for service on Saturday. Received a call Monday morning from Angie. Polite, professional, efficient, and set up my appt. When John arrived, he was also very friendly. I showed him the shower door and explained the issue. He had the door repaired in 20 minutes, and explained that I should replace the hinges. He took the time to explain why this was happening, and offered to provide a quote for the replacement part(s). The reason I am writing this review is because of John's honest. I showed him my other shower (also frameless), which was installed by a weekend warrior couple that made lots of mistakes. He explained what they had done, and informed me that replacement would be approx. $1,300.00. He then asked if it worked, and told me that if it were him, he would not replace it. Functional sure fits my budget better than aesthetic at this time, so I really appreciated his recommendations.
