Wonderful experience! We dealt with Andrew Barone and he is extremely knowledgeable, patient and all around very helpful. We were shopping for new double front entry doors, 2 French doors and 6 impact resistant windows. We called 5 companies total. Some showed up and some didn’t. Andrew was so responsive, had great ideas and his pricing for his companies top quality products made it an easy choice to go with him. We had 3 sliding glass doors replaced on our pool deck. The whole experience was excellent. From getting paperwork done for the POA to the final install. These guys are very professional, clean up after themselves and do a fantastic job.
I appreciate the privilege of leaving a review because it allows me to voice my opinion while avoiding unnecessary conflict. My first experience with Windows and Doors was positive. The initial crew that installed my windows did an excellent job, and I was very satisfied with the outcome.However, my second experience—installing impact sliders—was very different. The second crew did not operate with the same level of professionalism or attention to detail. I felt misled and rushed through the process. One of the products arrived damaged, and although it was eventually replaced, the situation was frustrating.When the sliders were being adjusted, the technician initially did the bare minimum, and I had to repeatedly advocate for myself because the sliders were not locking properly. Only after pushing the real issue was addressed. Additionally, my pavers were left a mess, covered in cement, which was disappointing.Given the cost—about $14,000 for the windows and nearly $15,000 for the sliders—I expected consistent quality across both installations. Unfortunately, that wasn’t my experience. While my first install went well, the lack of attention to detail the second time around has made me hesitant to use this company again.
