Stopped in to see if a rock chip was repairable. They got my vehicle in right away and it was done in 20 mins! The young lady at the front desk was friendly, professional and just downright a pleasure to deal with.

Staff doesn’t know what they’re suppliers require so told me my template was fine, I left prince George and after 5 days straight of being told I’d have a price, they call me to tell me they can’t and I’ll have to drive back to Prince George to sort it out. The stuck up staff that are on the phones laughed at me when I told them that they keep telling me they’ll have a procedure tomorrow. Just an incredible unprofessional company

Huge shout out to Julie, Mike, Redge and their entire crew in Prince George! We had 31 windows and 4 doors installed they all look amazing! The comfort level in the house is exactly what All West said it would be. Even though there were some surprises (we had several places that had rotten wood), They stopped what they were doing, showed us the issue and put in new wood. The installer also showed me that the original windows didn't have the proper sealing done around them when our house built in the mid 90's and thats what caused the rot. Thankfully it wasn't as bad in other places They installed our new windows and doors with just like my cousin who is contractor told me they needed to be installed ! Highly recommend All west glass!

When I called to inquire about replacement lids for my fish tank to replace the Acrylic pieces that had bent out of shape the person on the phone was pleasant to talk to. I had mentioned that i was downtown and had the acrylic piece with me and I could bring it in to show them what i needed. Even though I arrived with only 15 minutes left before closing they were incredibly helpful, and didnt make it seem like they were trying to rush me out the door. I received the two pieces of tempered glass replacements for my tank and they fit perfectly.
