They Replaced back windows in my strata unit I’m renting.after taking fence apart to access the back yard only put 1 screw in on top run of fence line and left bottom unscrewed leaving back yard open to the homeless and thieves that are in the area resulting in my makita compound miter saw to grow legs and disappear over night.curtains and curtain rods were never re-hung,mess left in back yard and nothing was put back where it was when thy started..incompetent and unprofessional workers who I say either left it like that for themselves to gain access at night or for their friends to access over night.I wouldn’t trust this outfit to do any work on my home as you might end up with some of your possessions disappearing.I took pics of how they left fence prior to me having to fix it myself.who in their right mind puts 1 screw in a picket to keep it in place..don’t trust this company to do any on your property

The installation team was not only punctual and approachable they were great problem solvers - they encountered some rot around one of the sliders and remedied the situation with a minimum of delay. Plus, they cleaned up after themselves!

Denovo replaced 18 windows, two sliding glass doors and a front door. The service and product were excellent from start to finish. The installers were polite, clean, and on-time. Lonny was responsive to our many questions and made sure that we received the install when promised. Certainly beats the other local company that ghosted us after issuing a quote!

I had a new front door installed in 2019, and I couldn’t recommend Denovo enough. Every step of the way was professional, thorough, and clean. I was also exceptionally, unnecessarily rude several times and was met with nothing but grace and politeness.

The door they were replacing was a messy horrible job and they left my place clean (much cleaner than what they started with…) and the door still looks and functions great.

The money was so well spent and the only thing I would have done differently is appreciated the exceptional service at the time. Thanks Denovo!
