Northway Glass was fabulous to deal with. I happened to be in Prince George, and had gotten a rock chip. I stopped in, without an appointment, and Don was extremely helpful. They were able to get my chip fixed in a timely manner, great pricing and were very professional and courteous. This says alot for a business, especially since I was from out of province. I would recommend them 100%
Amazing experience. I called to see if I could get in today for a rock chip and they said absolutely. I got in and front desk was amazing and outgoing. Had the job done in 20 minutes and covered by insurance. I will be back for sure. This is a picture of the after. It was a deep rock chip and rock was in there deep but they did a fantastic job now I won’t have to worry about my windshield cracking more.
This was my second visit to Northway for a windshield. I always get the opportunity to work with Tina and her service is outstanding. Not only do they always accommodate my work schedule by offering to pick up/ drop off but they always do it happily. I always feel like the business is appreciated and all work will be completed on time with superior quality workmanship. The staff are amazing and my vehicle has always come back to me cleaner than when I left it. It took a fair bit of time for the windshield to come in due to shortages with all the tech in the glass, but Tina was amazing keeping me in the loop as to the timelines. I really like the glass cleaner gift I always get too!! All around it’s great service, superior product and good people. 12/10 recommend for all your glass needs.
Had the best experience getting my windshield changed. The staff made it super easy and the customer service was impeccable.Tina was so friendly and helpful in helping me schedule and reschedule my appointment when something came up. The rest of the staff was also great! They gave me a ride to work and were able to drop my vehicle at my work when they were done. I recommend them to all my friend and family along with anyone else who needs a windshield repaired!
