They did an incredible job on our window installation. Great quality and workmanship. You would never have know they had been in the home because they cleaned up so well after the job. Had all our windows replaced through this company. The installers were professional, but there was no customer service or follow up. The install was booked for the winter and I was told the weather would not affect the install. Some siding was cracked during the install.When I finally got a hold of Les, he said he'd look into it. Multiple emails and ignored calls went by and he never fixed the siding.Additionally, Les said he would put in a warranty claim as some of the glass had dirt and imperfections in it. After not hearing anything, I called the manufacturer myself and was told he never put a claim in.Again, more missed calls and avoidance from Les.I do not recommend this company as they are quick to sell and promise, and never follow up on any issues after the fact. Les is unreliable and this company is not worth the headache if you need anything fixed after the fact.
Looking to purchase front living room window. Walked into the showroom. Lady behind the counter didn't acknowledge my presence. I was the only one there for 10 minutes. Disappointed that I didn't get a chance to see some products.
Paul & Chad are great installers. Paul is very personable. I felt very safe having them in my home. Great guys. Love my new windows!!
