Providence Glass was very responsive and provided great service! Even when we needed a slight adjustment in our glass, they were very responsive and were quick to get out to our home to make the adjustment, very much appreciate the follow through!
This is a great company that stands by their work. We’ve not encountered a company that is so dedicated to their customer’s’ satisfaction with their work that they will come and attend to issues months after completion. They are kind, dependable and responsive. This was a challenging job (glassed in greenhouse that we also use as a 3-4 season room. They did a really great job.
I was so happy to get a call back. Oddly I had contacted 2 other local vendors and didn’t get the courtesy of a return call. Providence called back and came within a few days to take measurements. Crew was on time and friendly. I can’t wait to receive my order.
We broke a panel of glass in our hutch while moving. We could not find anybody to repair it without charging a ridiculous price.
