Poor service , always have to change protective coverings on the windows and usually have to wait 8 months for a technician.Caron et Guay you were fast to respond that you didn't know what I was talking about but now I have been waiting six months for your company to change my thermos!!!! You asked me to email you directly and you would look into my case but you never even answered my email.
Very poor service, very very disappointed, you need a lot of luck to have good technicians otherwise it would be catastrophic... you pay too much for very little care..
