We hired Reliable after a disastrous situation with another contractor. They came in and from the very start we knew we were in good hands. Our project was extensive, and they were able to quickly pivot and add unexpected repairs. From siding to windows, to major rot repair, down to little minor interior details, they handled it all. Our house is now secure and looks incredible!!! Rob, Carol, and their entire team gave us consistent communication and attention, helping us to have continued confidence in their work. Reliable did an outstanding job when they installed new siding, a new front door, and a new storm door on our raised ranch home.They first did the hard work of removing all 1970’s-era wooden shingles. They then weather-wrapped the house and custom-fit aluminum capping around all windows and doors while replacing rotten wood where necessary. We also asked that they replace our front door with a beautiful driftwood-finished Thermatru door and storm door. Finally, they installed 7” Cedar-impression siding on the front side of the home and 5” Mainstreet siding everywhere else.At every stage of the process, we were greatly impressed by the craftsmanship. The workers took great care to give painstaking attention to details, and they worked with us on any questions/concerns we had during the process. Their hard work ultimately resulted in a beautiful, polished product. We couldn’t be more pleased with the final results, and we now love driving up to our home each day to see our their amazing work. Big thanks to Reliable!
We had siding put on and glass sliding doors replaced. The workers were amazing and respectful of the house and yard. The customer service was the best I’ve had dealing with home renovations from estimate to end of job. Would recommend highly for any service they provide!
Project personnel dealings were constantly positive. From the field coordinator Mike Legere to the installers. Prices were very reasonable for quality of materials. Labor and estimated installation estimated duration. One Day! Amazing! Cleanup was continuous operation. Every so often someone was filling the dumpster with old roofing. Nails were picked up with large magnet. During and after installation. The need for ridge vents and ice and water coverage where required was explained as well as replacement of rotted or broken roof sheeting of boards or plywood. The material on the roof looks great and we still receive compliments on the new look of curb appeal. Reliable responded within hrs of concern or questions if not minutes during and after installation. We even got a reply on same day a call was made over a month after work completed. I've already recommended Reliable to a lifelong friend asking about references for similar work. I hope he contacts them and know he'll surely be satisfied with their professionalism and attention to customer service. Also, the way the company helped match a complimentary color of their stock shingle, I'm certain, resulted in many of the walking by neighbor's compliments. I highly recommend contacting this company for any home improvement needs.
I had a 16’x 28’ shed built in April of 2024 by Reliable Roofing. Jay was great to plan the project, Rob was great to work with throughout the project and his crew was very RELIABLE (pun intended). They worked efficiently and were there when they said they would be there. The quality exceeded my expectations and when finished Rob came by and inspected the work. The price was spot on to the estimate with the exception of one upgrade that was discussed prior to doing. Thank you Rob and crew for the excellent work!
