Love love love our new Iron door through Design Windows and Doors. It took a wee bit to have our custom door arrive but the folks at D W & D prepared us for that.Noe and Christian installed the door perfectly and it was a difficult install as our home is 100 years old and has quirks! Ivan Aragon, the Lead in Charge, and Cristan Hernisto were extremely well qualified and dedicated to the job. The service was better than 5 star. It was a solid 10. I want to thank Design Windows and Doors for installing these beautiful windows. I don’t know why I waited so long but I am glad it was done. I would like to personally thank Joshua and Sydney for keeping in contact with me throughout the process. It let me know that they cared and wanted to provide the best service.The workers who came and installed the windows were very nice, personable and thorough. They both respected my property and walked me through how to work my windows after completion.I have one little issue and it was very minor but it was told to me. The two representatives (who will remain nameless) who initially responded to my house stated they were going to be at the installation and the workers would remove my blinds at no cost. Both did not happened and I failed to have that documented on my contract. When something is said, it should be honored.However, excellent job.Thanks!

We just had Design Windows and Doors put in new sliding glass doors and two large windows next to them, and the whole process was easy fro start to finish. Our salesperson was professional and helpful without being pushy, which we really appreciated. The project manager kept us in the loop the whole time, and the installers were fantastic. They made sure to protect our stucco and the inside of our home, did a great job with the install, cleaned everything up, and hauled away all of the trash. We're really happy with the results and definitely recommend them.
