I had a terrific experience working with First Place Glass. I had 2 large glass shelves cut and installed which required precise measuring and additional hardware. Frank the technician came to take measurements. He was very knowledgeable and professional. Mia, the company representative was very efficient and professional. Her follow through and assistance was amazing. She went out of her way by sending me a catalog to choose my hardware. That was very unexpected! She discussed my project w/Frank ensuring they were both on the same page w/my outcome. Francisco expertly identified what was needed and set about to do the job of replacing my broken window very quickly. He was very kind, organized, and cleaned up the area after he completed the job. First Place Glass was my first call when I started looking for my dual pane window glass needed to be replaced. The customer service was very helpful and curteous, they came in at a great price, came out to measure the window, order the window and out to replace it. Chris was the guy that measured everything and replaced the window. He did a good job. I would definitely recommend the company to ANYONE. Thanks for the help.
