Frank the technician came to take measurements. He was very knowledgeable and professional. Mia, the company representative was very efficient and professional. Her follow through and assistance was amazing. She went out of her way by sending me a catalog to choose my hardware. That was very unexpected! She discussed my project w/Frank ensuring they were both on the same page w/my outcome. First Place Glass was my first call when I started looking for my dual pane window glass needed to be replaced. The customer service was very helpful and curteous, they came in at a great price, came out to measure the window, order the window and out to replace it.
