I had such a positive experience getting a new front door, from the first initial phone call all the way until the amazing installer Danny A. completed the job. Within days of my first call, they sent out someone to measure our door and provide a quote. Other companies said they would only send out a rep if I decided to hire them, but that felt counterintuitive for such a large purchase. Jaime the sales rep arrived on time, was patient with all my questions, and gave suggestions on door color based on where the sun hits our house. He provided a reasonable quote and had a detailed proposal emailed to me before he left, which was very easy to understand. He even came out a second time to make sure measurements were exact before ordering. The door arrived sooner than expected (about 5-6 weeks after ordering). Our installer Danny showed up exactly on the dot morning of, was professional and friendly, and worked for 5 hours straight!! He did an AWESOME job, cleaned up the work space, and even taught us how to use our new Wifi hardware. Danny was so meticulous and detailed when adding the finishing touches to the frame, filling in caulking, and patching up the outside cement under the door. We love how the new door looks, how secure it feels, and how it transforms our entryway. I cannot recommend Danny and Hometime Windows & Doors enough! (And I researched and compared about 4 different companies.)
This is my second home I've purchased custom windows from Hometime. They did great on the first home and great on this home. We had Vince, Danny and Nate as our installers. They went above and beyond to keep their work area clean. Put covers down in all the walkways in the home and cleaned and vacuumed after the install. All my windows came out great. No complaints. 100% satisfaction.
I am so happy with my new security screen door !Hometime really came through from start to finish with the free evaluation of my needs and estimate from Addison in the sales department who guided me through all of my options for a security screen door that would work with all the stone work around my front door. He helped me with a custom size to fit inside the stone work around my door and a color that went well with my existing exterior paint color. I also had custom shutters ordered for my two sliding glass doors . The Installer Rob arrived on time and was very professional and skillful in installing my new security door and Installer Todd was also very professional and skillful when installing my new shutters. I appreciate that I was contacted after the work was completed to make sure everything was satisfactory and they let me know they stand behind their work if I have any issues .I'm glad I called Hometime !
We are so happy to finally have our new sliding door installed after pushing it off for years. Jaime was the person who worked with me to get the quote for the whole house. He also helped to get my quote adjusted again after I was ready to get the door in. The cost and quality of the door and hardware is so much better than several other companies I got quotes from. Frank and Joe came to install the door. They were early, efficient, nice guys, and the install looked flawless. Also I was worried about the casing hitting our chimney mounding (that stuck out too far) but Frank got it to fit perfectly. Everything was cleaned after the job was done. Finally, Andrew the owner called to check if we were pleased with the service and outcome. I trust them to install my future windows. I can't wait to get more of my windows replaced after seeing what a transformation the sliding door did to our living room. Don't waste your time with other companies. This is the one!
