Thanks to Black Hills Exteriors and Kenny Dirk for doing an amazing job with your help on our hail repair items claim. The sub contractors you used were amazing at on all aspects of this process! Jaun and his siding crew was well above expectations, Luke and Black Hills Doors did a great job as well! Pella windows were awesome and fast even in very cold conditions and will be something we look at every day! A shout out to the seamless gutter crews and the BHE crews and staff for the work that they did on this project!

In July 2025, we got hammered with a hail storm. When this happens, roofing companies may show up at our door with their business cards, and typically we immediately toss the cards. For whatever reason, when Adam showed up we decided to take a chance and go with Black Hills Exteriors. We are very happy that we did! From the start, Adam was very attentive and responsive, showing up on time and getting our questions answered. We know he had other customers and projects happening, but he made it seem like we were the most important. Working through an insurance claim can be daunting, but Adam helped us each step of the way. For the house, we needed a new roof, siding corner pieces, fascia, gutters, and garage doors. We also have 4 sheds that needed roofs and staining. Adam coordinated all of the work and even advised us on how to communicate with the insurance company regarding work we did ourselves. He was willing to give his opinion on colors and materials and was respectful of our budget when it came to upgrades. All in all, we are extremely happy with the results and the whole experience working with Adam. We highly recommend Black Hills Exteriors.

Back in 2020 when our home needed a new roof, gutters and siding, we turned to a local company Black Hills Exteriors. They were really awesome to work with and very helpful to us when selecting colors and style. So naturally when i had some issues with our gutters I called Black Hills Exteriors. We were able to schedule an appointment really quick and at the appointment they already had a solution for the gutters. The installation was done that day. It is really nice to have a local company that is able to help you out even years after the original work has been done.

Josh has been wonderful to work with. He has taken time to answer my many questions and has responded quickly when I've sent a text or called. The office staff is friendly and helpful. This was our first time filing an insurance claim for home repairs and Black Hills Exteriors has been with us every step of the way.
The work crews for both the roofing and gutters were friendly and efficient. They did a great job with some changes I requested for rerouting a gutter downspout, and I was extremely impressed with how well everything was cleaned up after the work was completed. I'm my opinion, Black Hills Exteriors is a top-notch company and I will definitely look to them for future needs.
