Finally had enough and reached out to Shelby Roe and the Built Right team who have been absolutely amazing!Shelby was phenomenal in helping us find our vision and explaining the whole process to accomplishing it. She was never pushy or overselling (which is why I think I avoided this for so long) and genuinely cared for even the smallest of details. She was perfect!Maurizio (hope i got that right) handled the roof patch with ease. Very quick and professional, he even returned to fix a previous patch so everything matched!Victor (again, I hope thats right) and his entire crew left me absolutely impressed. I love my new roof and I love Built Right. I got several quotes but no one beat Built Right. RP stayed in contact extra step of the way. He made sure pictures were provided not only at the time of the initial quote but during the roof replacement. He also saved me money by being able to replace my gutters and new fascia since they were old and damaged. So happy I went with Built Right - very affordable for a new roof, gutters, and fascia.
After last year's horrible wind storm, Built Right stepped up and helped us make a plan for a beautiful new roof, deck and patchwork! They are great communicators!
