We had a great experience with Renewal by Andersen. The team did an excellent job installing our new living room window, and the entire process went very smoothly from start to finish. The new window operates perfectly and feels very high quality. The installers were respectful, professional, and took great care to clean everything up when the job was done. We’re very happy with the results and would definitely recommend them to others.
Guys did a great job and worked all day to get 3 of 4 windows in then came back on Sunday in a snowstorm to finish the other one. Very friendly, knowledgeable and did a great job cleaning up afterwards.
Pricy windows but dang they are worth it. Makes the house look open and spacious. Easy cleaning, no ladders. Install crew installed and completed 4 windows in 4 hours with no mess and made it look easy like I got ripped off. Honestly we will buy more in the future. They stick to their product, way better than box stores. Its not in everyones budget but they are worth it!! Thank you crew!
Everyone at Renewal by Anderson, from sales, to the one who took measurements, to the one scheduling, to installers were all very professional. The doors and windows were replaced with a very high quality product. The installers were very clean. I saw no debris or dust when they finished. They covered floors and furniture where they worked. They did a very good job. I love the appearance of the doors and windows.
From the original sales visit, contract signing, design, measuring, to installation I can say nothing but positive about my experience and interactions with RBA. Each employee was polite, knowledgeable and a pleasure to be around. My installation crew lead by Rich was fantastic. The days they were doing the install were cold and windy but they all remained cheerful and professional. The adverse conditions did not affect the quality of their work. I was also impressed by Rich's skills when confronted with some challenges that came up when some hidden water damage was found upon removal of one of the old windows. He brought it back to "like it never happened" and continued with installing the new window. The finished, completed project is better than I could've hoped for. Thank you RBA!
