Oriel has replaced 2 large windows for us lately. The gentleman doing the work were extremely courteous,friendly, and completed the jobs very professionally. We are very pleased with the entire process. Definitely will have them back as we replace more in the future. Jenna and Jim in the office are great people.
Was hired to install a window just before August 1, 2025. It is now Oct 11 and after many phone calls and a face to face with the owner, the window is still not installed, and no date given as to when it will be done. We are property investors and for sure, we will never, never consider this man to do any kind of work for us.

All the owners said, just go back to Oriel Windows rather than another supplier because of their installation crew who did an outstanding job installing our 16 - Living and Dining room windows ($55K) back in 2023, and that’s what we did.Another job well done by Tory, Josh, Joe, Trevor and Branden, the Oriel Windows installation crew for their timely & excellent workmanship, they installed 21 second floor bedroom and 5 main floor side windows with new Tyvek building wrap, in our townhouse condo complex during the week of September 22-26, 2025 to complete our $100K windows replacement project.The fellas assisted some owners with removing & replacing their window blinds, removing and replacing owners custom casing as well as installing new primed/painted casing and made sure each owner’s unit was cleaned-up as well the condo property was cleaned-up and all the old windows and trim was loaded on their trucks & disposed of. In addition, they removed and replaced a number pieces of old siding that was damaged by golf balls as they replaced the windows.We also acknowledge Jim & Jerry Long who submitted the best overall bid which was in the order of $45K. Our project was completed at the price quoted with no hidden costs or extra’s. We paid our 20% deposit on June 17th and our windows arrived and were installed as per the agreed schedule.The crew rented a man-lift to assist them; they followed all safety protocols to ensure no one got hurt on our property. Everything was completed in one week with no screw-ups. Some owners upgraded from dual to triple pane which has made a significant difference with less traffic noise & the mowers on the golf course next door are hardly noticeable. The low maintenance vinyl, energy efficient units will make a big difference during those hot summer days & cold winter months with some savings of energy costs, too. All the owners are very pleased with the quality of the windows, friendly installation crew, excellent warranty and the customer service of this local company.We would definitely use Oriel Windows & Doors again and highly recommend them. My first service with Oriel Windows & Doors happened in 2019 or 2020, when I was working in a local non-profit. Our front door was completely unaligned, so we called several local companies, but only Oriel Windows & Doors was willing to help. They did an amazing job.Back in 2024, we took possession of our 1st house, and it was great to see Oriel Windows & Doors doing some work in the house as agreed with the previous owner. I was not expecting them, but I was glad that the previous owner hired them to do the work. It gave me peace of mind.We are in 2025, and my front and back doors need some work.
