Working with Angel so far has been a great experience! We called DaBella and immediately received a warm welcome and Angel came out to our home and walked us through what a new roof looks like step by step. Jessie and Wesley came by from the local Redding office and knocked on my door. They were very professional and easy to talk to. While I am a renter and not the homeowner, I appreciated their expertise and their description of their quality products. I am looking to purchase a home in the near future and when I do, I will be contacting them for my future home improvement projects. I have also passed their info on to my landlord in hopes I can benefit from some new windows! What stood out immediately was that they didn’t come across as money-hungry at all — they were genuinely focused on making sure I understood the condition of my roof and what to expect moving forward.Dakota and Jesse showed immaculate professionalism from start to finish. They were friendly, respectful, and took the time to educate me about my roof’s current condition, its remaining lifespan, and what warning signs to look for in the future. I never felt pressured or pushed into making a decision, which I really appreciated.They also walked me through the quality GAF roofing system they offer and explained the different payment options, including financing, so I could understand what might work best for my situation.It’s refreshing to meet sales reps who truly show genuine care for both homeowners and their homes. I would absolutely recommend Dakota, Jesse, and this company to anyone looking for honest guidance and professional roofing services.
Dabella really has excellent quality Jessie Armagost and Wes Persinger came out and listened to me about what I needed and made sure to get me the excellent job done. I had my roof leaking in two rooms due to my solar company. Now I have rooms I don’t need to worry about and a 50 yr roof. They were by my side kept me updated by what was going on. If I had worries they instantly reassured me about what was happening if I had questions they answered them instantly or got the answers I needed. These two people worked with my needs and wants and made sure it was done correctly and with excellent quality product. I would recommend this team or company to anyone who is looking to get an execellent quality team of people who care about their service and the people they are helping. If I could give them a higher rating than excellent then Jessie Armagost and Wes Persinger are the ones who would deserve this rating.
