The black frame color option was not offered by other window companies, and it turned out even better than I could have imagined.From start to finish, the staff was attentive and responsive to all of our questions. The installers were friendly, professional, and very mindful of any concerns we had. They offered helpful input and suggestions and made sure we were completely satisfied throughout the process.What impressed me most was their attention to detail and care for our comfort. Even when I didn’t verbalize a concern, if they noticed any hesitation, they checked in with me to make sure I felt comfortable with what was happening. When I requested a minor change, such as reversing the sliding door opening, they accommodated it immediately without hesitation.Needless to say, we are beyond happy with the final results — but even more impressed with the care and service we received throughout the entire process.
I reached out to Pete asking if he could replace a cracked window in my guest room before Thanksgiving because I was having family stay with me. The replacement window arrived the day before Thanksgiving and Scott came out immediately to install it before my guests showed up later that day. Such amazing, professional service. I highly recommend them!
