The ordering process from start to finish was very streamlined with updates every step of the way. Everything was done when they said it would be. They were very respectful to our home and cleaned up after themselves. Highly recommend!
The service was fantastic. I love the windows and doors. I would definitely recommend to use this company.
I have had the worst experience with this company to get my windows installed.I had a good conversation with the installer who came out originally - however I was provided a quote that did not match up with what we talked about. So now I have windows that look like shit in my basement and am told its my fault, even though i am 100 percent certain this is the conversation we had that i was supposed to be quoted for, and now i have to pay 600.00 to get the job finished as apparently they never quoted me for what was discussed.Editing to reply to their comment:It’s irrelevant that you offered to fix it for 600.00 when this should have been included in the original quote - as this was the discussion I had with the worker who attended. I would have NOT gotten my service completed by this company knowing this was what I was getting for this price, as there were other companies who quoted cheaper than what I paid plus the 600 extra they are now asking for would be.
Weather Pro Windows and Doors were the only company among many that I called that responded to my request for a quote for a picture window. They responded promptly and the take-off was done quickly and professionally. The company informed me of every step of the process to manufacture, deliver and install the window which was done efficiently, quickly and exactly on time. Great company that I would recommend if new windows are needed. I will call them again if needed. Thank you!
One March 1, 2023 I had Weather Pro Windows and Doors provide a quote to replace 14 windows in my home. The project manager Joe Pelland walked through the house with me, and I indicated which windows were to be fixed and which were to open. Mr. Pelland was writing out a quote form with the location and measurements of each window and indicating whether each window is to be fixed, awning or slider and which way each was to slide.During our walk through of my home on March 1/23, Mr. Pelland and I started in the basement and then moved upstairs to the kitchen. As we entered the kitchen there was a window on the back wall and I told Mr. Pelland that window needed to open and the 2 above the kitchen counters needed to be fixed. When the 3 windows were installed in the kitchen, they put the window that was to open in the wrong opening and a fixed unit where the slider was to go. When I noticed that, I told the installers of their mistake. They advised me that the windows were made to size and could not be switched. The installers said that they would need to leave it for now without the finishing trim around the window and speak to head office about error.I did not hear back from anyone at Weather Pro Windows for 3 months so I called their Regina office and spoke to someone named Svitlana. She told me that she that she would look into it and get back to me.On July 4/23, I received an email requesting clarification on the issue. Multiple emails back and forth with her and Mr. Pelland ultimately said that I would be required to pay for their mistake in the amount of $700.00 plus taxes.I am very displeased with their lack of professionalism and attempting to obtain additional funds from me to correct their error.
