Frank, at the Pella Reno location really helped me out just now! I’m in California and haven’t been able to find a window repair person, for our gorgeous Pella sliders. ALL of our home windows are Pella, and we had them installed over 25 years ago. I recently purchased two fairly large (66 x 53) custom Pella Reserve Traditional 2-wide wood casement windows to replace, and very closely match, two Pella windows that are around 45 years old. I worked with Pella Rep. Jeff Rouiller, who I understand takes care of the greater Redding CA area where I'm at. The entire experience went very well. Jeff was very responsive to all my questions and requests for technical data. The windows were delivered on time, and carefully, by a Pella employee. The quality of the windows was very good. I highly recommend Pella and Jeff.

We called Pella and spoke to David Dudley who was pleasant and well-versed in the product. We gave him the rough measurements, and we got the quote the same day! Then, as part of his excellent service, he drove over an hour to our home to do a visual and to meet us and square up any other needs we had. He arranged for the installer to meet us at the same time. Excellent coordination from 90 miles away.David has stayed in constant communication with us as we continue to hone out plans to replace several windows with Pella windows. I have used Pella windows before and will only install Pella as we move forward.I want to than David for his timely and exceptional service.
