AVOID THIS PLACE. Shoddy workmanship and they lie about their supposed "lifetime" warranty. They replaced my windshield 2 years ago. Recently the rubber seals started coming loose and when I drive on the freeway it sounds like someone is taking a hammer to my car's roof. So I call to see if they'll reseal it, and mention their lifetime warranty. To which they say, "It's only a 1 year warranty, and it only covers parts." Now check out their website, because it literally says lifetime warranty and details that they'll cover this. So now they're saying I have to pay them more just so they can fix their bad job.If they're not gonna stand by their work, and worse they'll lie to you about it, you're better off going someplace else. From the moment I called this place I felt so comfortable. I've brought many cars here and sent my family. These days, people don't value service or customers. The guy I spoke with over the phone about my windshield was so kind, professional, and accommodating. Even when I went in, it was a super busy day and he didn't skip a beat on taking care of his customers.This is the best place in Richmond and the Bay Area to have your autoglass done!! The prices are also extra affordable. I'm a happy customer ??
This place absolutely blew away my expectations for their service. I called over the phone and spoke with the super friendly owner Mr. Singh. I explained to him the issue with my 2004 infiniti G35 and he gave me a quote instantly! The price he gave beat any other shop that I called (I called 4 prior and quotes were 400+).Once I arrived, I was instantly greeted with smiles from the friendly staff. After talking and getting a in person quote, it only took 2 minutes for them to pull my car in and start working on it. The technician, Frankie, was able to diagnose the car in literally 5 minutes and explained to me that the window motor had went bad. Mr. Singh then gave me an official quote of 130$!!!! This beat almost every other shops price by more than double.While they were working on the car, I explained to Mr. Singh that I was also interested in window tint which they also specialize in! He happily showed me their options and even recommended what percentage to get for different types of driving.After 30 minutes, the car was finished and I was absolutely blown away at how efficient and professional this shop was. I was honestly expecting there to be slight damage on the door card but there was absolutely zero damage and looked like it was new. If you’re having any type of window trouble I highly recommend this shop, not only for their unbeatable prices, but they’re outstanding customer service! Any future window problems I have WILL be taken care by Mr. Singh and his staff.
The staff are honest and incredibly helpful when I needed to fix the windshield on my mom’s car. I spoke with Kirat who scheduled me the same day and had everything finished within an hour. If I can recommend anyone to get their auto glass replaced it will be from here.
Got hit by a rock at 11am, and it was fixed by 2pm the same day. They quoted 4 pm and to my surprise they exceeded my expectations by far. They verified that I was to receive the correct windshield , but I highly recommend. Speedy , professional, and good local food vendors outside .
