Our garage door opener system was more than 16 years old, still working but very noisy and needed an upgrade.After contacting other installers, we decided to go with R&S of Richmond, California. They installed the latest model LiftMaster 6690L along with new springs and rollers. The new system is whisper quiet with a lots of modern features.Office Rep Olivia, Sales Rep Frank and Technician Robert were all very polite, professional and helpful. Luis replaced my worn out Genie garage door opener with a much improved WiFi LiftMaster. The door now operates so smoothly and quietly that it’s a welcome relief. This is a long overdue post for an amazing company that provides a superior product and customer service. We had a vision for our garage door about 8 years ago that seemed impossible but we worked with the R&S team to have them help us create an our vision of this beautiful design and frame. Since we have a large garage and only wanted one door, it was heavy too! But they delivered and installed an impeccable product to make our vision come true. And 8 years later, it is working beautifully.Today we accidentally drove into the frame and bent it and the door no longer closed and on a whim called them at 4 pm and a lovely lady picked up on the day after Christmas and an hour later, Luis Morales was at our door! He wasn’t sure if he could fix it and we may have had to replace it. But he worked some magic and fixed it. We are so grateful to him and R&S Erection for such amazing, swift customer service and skilled and truly helpful employees. Truly a rare gem of a company. We highly recommend them!
