I’ve used their service and sent many others for windshield replacement. Not only I was very happy but also whoever I referred came back happy. They do it very professionally with amazing low price, high quality glasses with fast and quick schedules.

Noticed a crack on my windshield and had to get it done quickly. The entire process was quick and seamless. They explained what I can expect to hear since the glass was just replaced. Would highly recommend. Staff were friendly and the pricing was reasonable.

Everything was said and done within 2 hours and I was able to drive home after waiting 30 minutes for the window sealant to set. I was in and out within 2.5 hours and the process seemed quite seamless. The waiting area was clean and they had music playing you'd normally hear at the spa which actually helped to relax ?? I ended up ordering sushi while waiting. A couple previous customers randomly showed up about unrelated issues to the actual window install itself for things like dashcams, the senior technician took sometime and went above and beyond to accomodate and remained professional. If anyone reading this wants to know if I'd recommend this company or not, I'd say yes. However, if you have a luxury brand like bmw, audi or mercedes, i would definitely recommend ordering the glass from the dealership and bringing it because my oem glass had a little bit of tint across the top as well as an acoustic film from manufacturer and the difference between oem and aftermarket oem is quite noticeable.

Been going to them for over 8 years for any glass needs. Professional, prompt, great pricing is what you should expect from them. Z and his team does a fantastic job, always on time and have taken me in same day. Most recent one was for a Tesla. Haw sent many friends and family to Richmond auto glass and all of them have been extremely happy with the service. Highly recommend them. Great job team ??
