I would like to express my dissatisfaction with the sales team's handling of our project, which ultimately created unnecessary difficulties. During the initial purchase discussions, we expressed our preference to divide the project into two separate contracts, a request that the sales team assured us could be accommodated. However, after the windows were ordered, we were informed that this was no longer possible. Instead, they insisted on consolidating the entire project into a single contract, which was not in line with our original agreement.

The process of resolving this issue was unnecessarily prolonged, taking several weeks, and was handled in a manner that did not prioritize customer satisfaction. I encountered multiple unpleasant interactions with management, which further exacerbated the situation.

Additionally, the sales representative had mentioned a referral fee, but despite referring a potential client, no referral fee was ever provided. When I followed up on this matter, I received no resolution.

Based on these experiences, I am unable to recommend this company and will not consider doing business with them in the future.

I have a house with a lot of windows and many were rotting away. While I wasn’t looking forward to the expenditure, I knew it had to be done.
the gentleman who came to do the initial meeting and measurements was very professional, courteous, and knew the company’s product (compared to others). The windows were not inexpensive, but I wanted quality windows that I wouldn’t have to worry about again. Matt helped me make a good choice. The installation crew worked their fingers to the bone and finished my entire house in a day. I was blown away, because it wasn’t a rushed, sloppy job they did, but instead the installations were nice and clean and the crew did a great job cleaning up after themselves. The job site supervisor, Hector, afterward walked me around and explained how to properly operate the windows and showed me the location of the serial numbers. Yes….each window has a serial number so that in case something goes wrong with a specific window, replacements or replacement parts would be taken care of.
I’m glad I spent the extra funds to go with such a professional company, and to get such awesome windows. I try to do business with folks who believe in going “above and beyond” expectations. Richmond Window Corporation did. I highly recommend them.

A great staff, from the salesman, the office staff, and the installation crew. Completely transparent on the cost, the time needed to build the window, and the amount of time needed to install.

The installation crew were professional and took great care to explain everything and to clean up after they were done.

Everyone was very pleasant and professional--from the Sales team (Adriane and Tyler) to the Contractors who installed my door. They provided me with excellent customer service and quickly accommodated minor changes I made throughout the ordering process. They were always up front about the process and costs. While they are definitely not the most affordable option and the wait time to get the install done is extremely long (about 5 months), their quality is top tier! I absolutely love my new door!
