I have personally worked in design and project management for residential construction projects in the lower mainland for the past 14 years.
We have partnered with Open Window on previous projects and most recently on a personal project for my parents on Vancouver Island. They were kind enough to supply and do the service calls to the Island even though that are lower mainland based.
Ahmed and Sufyan came prepared and with a great attitude to complete the final adjustments and install all of the hardware.
The European Tilt and Turn windows have not often been seen on the Island and we have received many compliments on the aesthetic.

My folding door is an old-fashioned type, and it wasn't closing properly. Open Window sent Ahmed to fix it. He was very meticulous, patient, and thorough. Although it was an old-fashioned door, he was very experienced and did an excellent job .Highly recommended.

Ahmed knows what he’s doing. A good product makes the sale, but great service brings customers back. It’s just a matter of fine-tuning to enhance the experience of using doors and windows.
