Reviews

What customers say

Customers praise the service, and one account describes technicians arriving as scheduled to measure and install in a timely manner. One customer reports that a glass order arrived later than quoted, they had to call for updates, and two appointments were rescheduled on the day; they also say a technician shouted on the phone and left after a 15-minute wait despite a request for 20–30 minutes of notice. Another customer says a three-hour visit window passed with no arrival or update, followed by a call to reschedule two hours later.

A++ customer service. From the courtesy and promptness on my initial call with Evan, to follow up with Ashley the following day. Scott got back to me a couple of hours later and was able to coordinate a pick up on the same day in the end. This was the best customer service I have had for a long long time. Highly recommend Wesco Glass.

Ensure to check out the real business reviews on BBB. Ordered a piece of glass that took longer than the quoted days of arrival, and I had to be the one who kept calling in to get a new update. Once the glass did arrive, they rescheduled with me twice, both times on the day of the appointment. Then when the technician finally did come, he gives me completely unacceptable attitude by saying that I was not there at the location. I had always told them to call me 20-30 minutes ahead of time since I'm away at work, yet he gave me 15 minutes before he decided to shout at me on the phone. I have phone records with timestamps for proof, by the way. I told him I'd be there in another 10 minutes (so a total of 25 minutes) but when I arrived, he actually had already left. If they reply, I'm sure they'll add in a comment about how he did indeed call me about 1.5 hours beforehand to let me know that he'd be there in "1 to 1.5 hours", but it doesn't change the fact he still only waited 15 minutes when he arrived (since I told them I need 20-30 minutes) before the rude phone call and then straight up leaving. What a moron. The most ironic of all is that this technician is the owner of the company (Scott). Really just shows you how narrow-minded and how poorly run this company is when the owner of the company treats a customer this way.

Don't use them if you want professional, reliable service. They gave us a window of 3 hrs to be at our rental property to wait for them. Never showed up, never called to update us on running late. They finally called us 2 hours after waiting for the original 3 hours and asked us if we would like to reschedule. Funny!?! And they were the most expensive but they were the only ones that "could" come that day.
