Services include rock chip repair, full windshield replacement, side door glass replacement, rear glass replacement, and resealing of loose or leaking glass trim where applicable. Mobile service availability and same-day appointments may vary by schedule and parts availability.
Recent reviews often mention quick scheduling and same-day completion when parts are available, with several noting helpful front office communication by phone, text, and email. Positive comments cite fair pricing and efficient turnaround. Some critical feedback references issues after installation, such as trim fitment or rattles, and follow-up communication about fixes. Overall sentiment trends positive, but post-install checks are a recurring suggestion from customers.
Very happy with the new windshield installed with one exception. The inside trim on the upper middle console controlling the sunroof and I’m guessing also houses the driver assist camera was not properly removed and reinstalled. This panel is hanging loose. I took my vehicle back and advised the tech of the problem. They tried to secure the panel unsuccessfully and advised me to bring it back at a later date if not satisfied. I’ve already taken my vehicle back to them once and they obviously cannot fix what they’ve ruined. What now? Super Glue? Frustrated and dissatisfied customer fully paid customer. $858 for windshield replacement!
Would never recommend this company. Took my vehicle in they replaced the side glass. I returned twice after installation because I could hear a rattle was assured everything was perfectly fine. Took it to the dealership and they found the bolt was not tightened made a Claim for reimbursement for the dealership fixing their mistake and I am being told it is denied Because they state I told them I opened the door panel, which I did not. Staff was friendly but quality of work is very poor. A week later after requesting call from general manager still no call.
They were really flexible with communication - offered email, calls, and texts. Helpful with a chaotic work schedule. At first, the truck was too big to get into the parking garage I was, but they sent a van out. Got everything done same day. Bri in the office was awesome to work with. New windshield looks great
I had a mixed experience with Auto Glass Now. On the positive side, they got me scheduled incredibly fast — I was able to get an appointment within about 8 hours of my window being broken into — and the price was very affordable (especially with my high deductible). I also appreciated that when the wrong size glass came in at first, they were polite and worked with me to adjust the appointment and still get it done within a reasonable timeframe.Unfortunately, after that things went downhill quickly. During the install, a hinge was accidentally broken, and it left me unable to fully use my door. They filed a claim right before Christmas and I needed a rental car because no one knew how quickly the dealership could fix the issue. On top of that, the rental company took a long time to get back to me and Auto Glass Now asked me to pay for the service before everything was finalized. I disagreed with that, and the final discount was only $50 on a $400 transaction. In the end, they did fix my window and I did get a rental, but what should’ve been a 24-hour situation turned into more than seven days. While they said the glass was supposed to be vacuumed out, it was 90% vacuumed and wasn't quite finished. The biggest issue for me wasn’t just the mistake — it was the lack of empathy. No one was outright rude, but the communication felt dry and not very compassionate considering the stress and inconvenience involved.I appreciate that they made efforts to correct things, but I’d recommend they improve customer care and communication in situations where something goes wrong.
This place was awesome. The two ladies behind the receptions desk (sorry forgot their names) were so friendly. Chatting with them for a bit was very pleasant. The price for my windshield was fair and the time it took for them to install it was great. Only 1.5 hours. Communications was great via texts and they were able to move from my 3pm appointment to 2pm.
