Giving Piñon Window & Door the praise they deserve is a challenge – but I am sure going to try. I called them in to provide a second bid on a last-minute change for our Downtown rehab project. A good friend suggested my getting a second opinion and when he mentioned Pinon, I remembered what a positive experience I had had with them several years earlier.

In the interest of time and space, let me cut to the chase: Piñon is everything you are looking for when you need a great window and door company for your project.
Since I dealt exclusively with the owner, these comments reflect my experience from that interaction.

• Great relationships are built on good communication and Rebecca Shipman takes the blue ribbon in that category: responsive, clear, knowledgeable, thorough, and the consummate professional.

• The time and attention to detail she devoted to this project was memorable – picking up immediately on some areas that were potential areas of concern and offering valuable advice and commonsense solutions. Invaluable.

• An excellent listener – as in, Rebecca gets it the first time - this eliminates wasted time, assumptions, and miscommunication. We all know what a difference that makes.

As an Architect, a successful relationship with my window and door rep is absolutely critical for the design and execution of the buildings I am working on. Piñón Window and Door is by far my favorite company to work with. Not only do they carry the top of the line products such as Andersen and Western, but the entire staff is responsive and helpful. Rebecca takes the time (countless hours) to review a window and door package and help troubleshoot with value engineering and streamlining of the window and door specifications to accomplish the desired design intent in the most effective and affordable way. Their service tech, Sean is one of the most pleasant and skilled people out there. Their entire team has hung in there with me through many complicated projects forever changing and sometimes even disappearing altogether and they remain always helpful and never put out. I know full well that I’m a very high maintenance client, but they never make me feel that way! I honestly cannot say enough good things about Piñon Window and Door.
