From start to finish my experience with Ameristar was 5 star. Martha at the office was friendly, professional, and helpful. Conor was excellent at explaining product and didn’t try to push me to purchase product. He was so nice, gracious and made me feel very comfortable. . The installation team did an excellent job, no mess inside or out. They were very accommodating to my request on what areas to work last ( pets). While they were installing windows a neighbor must have driven by and text me that the windows were beautiful. In appearance it has made a difference. I can also already tell a difference in insulation, my heater does not kick on as much. Pricing was excellent, when I told people the price they were very surprised and said it was an excellent deal.Thank you so much everyone at Ameristar for making a big home purchase so stress free.
We chose Ameristar to replace our original, 20-year-old patio doors that were letting in heat and mosquitos.We compared quotes from a few local companies and Costco, but Ameristar was the only one with a reasonably priced door featuring a built-in doggie door.Sales rep Larry was knowledgeable and friendly. Scheduling and installation were quick, and the team did beautiful work. After 3 months, the doors are performing great. Highly recommend!
Service was excellent, the people were very kind, both our consultation and the installation. The windows look fantastic. Clean, and crystal clear, and at a great cost. There’s only one problem. In the small decorative Rocks that we have outside of our windows and the large bush in front of our kitchen. There are now hundreds of pieces of glass. I have gone through and picked up a few dozen pieces of glass in the last hour or so since they finished, but I expect to spend much longer completing the job.
I normally don’t take the time to leave reviews but my fantastic experience with Ameristar Windows & Doors has made me want to share my opinion. First, I can’t say enough about their salesman David White. I am really turned off by high pressure salesman. David's low-pressure approach and warm demeanor was wonderful. After our first meeting and sales presentation we told him we wanted to get other bids and compare price and windows. Instead of trying to pressure us he encouraged us to shop around. He said he was confident that once we did, we would want to go with Ameristar. Once we got some other bids that had come in lower than Ameristar I let David know our thinking on our window project and we were leaning towards another company. He was able to beat the price from the other company and I was convinced to go with Ameristar. Again, Dave is a great salesman. He promised me I would not regret going with Ameristar and that our project would look fantastic when completed. He was right, the whole team that came next were exceptional, the lead installer was extremely flexible for meeting at a time when we could be home for official measuring. Then came the install day, the workers were extremely skilled and professional. They worked hard and did a great job; you could tell they took great pride in their craft. If you're looking for a great company and windows go with Ameristar.
Ameristar did a great job with my door and windows installation. Everyone there from Eric, Martha, Conner, Feli and all the way to the guys who did the installation were all nice and professional. I love my new door and windows.
