Travis, Mike, and Brad did excellent work replacing our windows despite the eight inches of new snow. They were timely, courteous and polite. The workmanship and attention to detail was excellent. On our project we were lucky enough to be paired with Chris Wilson. He was professional, knowledgeable, and patient throughout the entire process. It was impressive, being first time home owners we had a lot of questions, concerns, and really didnt know what to expect. He was there for us through the entire process and available virtually any time.

The financing options were perfect for us as a young family (Not sure if it was a promo). The lead time was better than expected. And the

Chris made the project easy and was able to articulate the fine details in a way that made us feel comfortable and at ease with the entire process.

In the future, working with Pella again, I would only work with Chris Wilson. I am sure the other reps do a great job, but I think the way he does business really stands out.
