They did a very nice job replacing windows in our attic that had a built in air conditioner where a window should have been. Excellent clean up and they even hauled away the heavy, old AC unit. He explained EVERYTHING that the process would involve, answered all my questions, and helped me with all the paperwork, he even took the time to do a "computer image" of what my home would resemble when completed. Highland Contractors ordered the materials and scheduled a time, for my convenience. Rich (site mgr) and his crew were "Top Guns". Rich explained as each step of the process was being conducted, while his crew worked tirelessly to complete the project in a timely manner. And less than a week later, the work was completed.
