Great job start to finish! From the home visit and estimate through installation, 5 stars. I was quoted an estimate, the build of my windows took less time than expected and the install crew was done in a day. Their install crew was polite worked very efficiently and did a great job cleaning up before leaving. New windows look amazing not to mention the sound difference and amount of insulation they provide. Could not be happier!

Our window journey concluded today with the professional installation of 13 windows. Our experience from the first call to set up an appointment for an on site estimate, meeting with our great salesperson Brad, and the installation crew today was flawless. Brad provided valuable consultation and expertise and tge crew today finished the job by dusting the sills, picking up every piece of scrap and then vacuuming. The windows were manufactured and delivery about 30 days early and we look forward to a trouble free life with new windows. The quality appears to be top notch. We received three estimates and the initial item that sold us was Brad, the salesperson. He was happy to spend the time necessary to walk us through this big investment, even returning to any answer additional questions. Glad we chose Window World Of Rockford.
