We had several windows replaced and a custom shower door installed, and The Glass Guru was fantastic to work with. Rich came out to provide the estimate and was professional and knowledgeable. Suzette and Alyssa were amazing—so friendly, responsive, and accommodating. The installers arrived on time, were friendly, and did excellent work. When a small issue came up on our shower door, they were extremely responsive and made sure everything was exactly how we needed it to be. We will absolutely use The Glass Guru again for any future window replacement or glass projects. Highly recommend!

I needed a large mirror wall installed for a children's dance studio setting. The customer service I received from The Glass Guru was top notch from beginning to end. The office staff i communicated with on the phone and by email were professional, kind and helpful. They worked extra hard so that my mirror would be installed in time for my grand opening. The technicians who met me in the field were wonderful. They patiently worked with me to find the right size and layout for my mirror wall.
