Anchor-Ventana Glass

I wanted to take a moment to share how impressed I am with Anchor Ventana Glass. From start to finish, the entire experience was exceptional. The team was professional, responsive, and incredibly knowledgeable. They took the time to answer all of my questions, explained the process clearly, and made sure I felt confident in every decision. The quality of their work truly stands out. The installation was done with precision and care, and the finished result exceeded my expectations. Everything looks beautiful, functions perfectly, and has completely elevated the space. It’s not always easy to find a company that combines craftsmanship, reliability, and excellent customer service—but Anchor Ventana Glass absolutely delivers on all three. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for top-quality glass work and a smooth, stress-free experience.

Don’t recommend. When I placed my order over the phone, I gave exact dimensions of the glass I needed cut and told them it was for a cabinet door. I had no idea there were different thicknesses of glass. They charged me close to $100 and gave me a sheet that was 3/8” thick. This was way too thick for a cabinet door and had to return it to get one at 1/8” thick. They quickly cut the right piece, but I inquired about a partial refund, as I paid a high price for 3/8”, unknowingly, and the 1/8” should be much cheaper. When I inquired about that when I picked it up, I was told they’d look into it and call me back. Several days passed with no contact, so I called them back and spoke to the salesperson. The person that took my order lied and said I requested 3/8” initially (which I couldn’t have, as I didn’t know glass thicknesses). She then said she’d research a refund and call me back. Another few days passed with no contact. I called again and spoke to someone who again said they’d research it and call me back. A week later and still no contact. I’m giving up on it now and calling it a loss. But I’ll never use them again. Good product when they get it right, but horrible customer service and zero follow-through. Very unprofessional.
