I used Anchor-Ventana for custom backsplash for my office. The measure and installation process both went very well: easy to schedule and installers were professional and timely. The backsplash looks great; exactly as expected!
Don’t recommend. When I placed my order over the phone, I gave exact dimensions of the glass I needed cut and told them it was for a cabinet door. I had no idea there were different thicknesses of glass. They charged me close to $100 and gave me a sheet that was 3/8” thick. This was way too thick for a cabinet door and had to return it to get one at 1/8” thick. They quickly cut the right piece, but I inquired about a partial refund, as I paid a high price for 3/8”, unknowingly, and the 1/8” should be much cheaper. When I inquired about that when I picked it up, I was told they’d look into it and call me back. Several days passed with no contact, so I called them back and spoke to the salesperson. The person that took my order lied and said I requested 3/8” initially (which I couldn’t have, as I didn’t know glass thicknesses). She then said she’d research a refund and call me back. Another few days passed with no contact. I called again and spoke to someone who again said they’d research it and call me back. A week later and still no contact. I’m giving up on it now and calling it a loss. But I’ll never use them again. Good product when they get it right, but horrible customer service and zero follow-through. Very unprofessional.
