I contacted JJ's Window Services based on a referral from a credible source. I needed seven non-opening window units replaced. JJ's responded quickly with a rep to measure the various windows, obtained the various sized seven window glass units, and what I thought was a three man JJ's crew arrived on June 19th to install them. I discovered that JJ's uses subcontractors exclusively for installation work and two subcontractors were working on my job. Jesse was one of the subs and the other sub was a father-son team.Jesse installed six of the window units. His work was top notch. It was obvious that he takes his work personally and it is more than "just a job" for Jesse. I really liked that his focus was on my job while he was at my home. I will ask for Jesse the next time I use JJ's.The father-son team installed the largest window unit which was at the hardest location to reach. They got the job done satisfactorily, but there was less focus on the job. This sub finished before Jesse and left, leaving a pair of gloves lying in my yard and a fence gate open.My next time to use JJ's came way sooner than expected. A few days after the job wrapped up on the 19th, I noticed a crack in one of the new window units Jesse installed. Not too surprising since my house is about 35 years old, as was the old window unit. I called JJ's, the owner came by, and, with no hassle, said the window unit would be replaced with no charge. I also asked for and got Jesse to do the replacement as I was sure he would take into account the age of the house and adjust the installation as needed.I recommend JJ's when you need anything like a picture window replaced. You will never get a bad sub and might get a star like Jesse.

JJ’s made it so easy to get our window replaced. The office staff made the process smooth and easy to set up an appointment and get the glass ordered. The tech Adolfo who replaced the glass called 30min before arrival, he was super professional and did the install quickly and efficiently. We will be using them again in the future when needed.
Our home had a large number of windows where the double glazed sealed units had failed (frames were fine). The manufacturer sent replacement glass units under warranty, but we were on our own for the install. JJ's came as a recommendation from the builders warehouse team, so I called and they arranged for a tech to come within a couple of days to quote. On the day of the appointment, Adolfo turned up on time and said that he would get details to the office for a quote. He also mentioned that if I was happy with the price, he could install that same day. I was a little skeptical as we had a total of 14 windows where the glazed units needed replacing. Adolfo was easy to work with and the office called back promptly with what I thought was a fair price. Adolfo was given the go ahead to install, and on his own, he installed all 14 windows in under 4 hours. I was really impressed, and very happy with the quality of the install and the fact that Adolfo cleaned up after and removed all of the old failed glass units. Would definitely have no hesitation in recommending JJ's for future work.
