LEI replaced all my 1976 windows with the triple pane (argon filled) windows. Their team of experts (Emily & Amanda) performed the removal & replacement in a phenomenal amount of time. The installation, caulking and mortar work are perfect. I am extremely satisfied with my new windows.
We used LEI to replace all the original windows in our home to double-paned vinyl, based on a recommendation from a friend. Having most of the windows for four years now, we still love them! They have held up well in Austin's extreme temperatures, and our energy bill proves they do save energy! Drew has been very responsive. The installers communicated clearly, and cleaned up thoroughly afterwards. Y'all, we have paid higher prices for much worse customer service, but with LEI we got a good product affordably with awesome customer service.
LEI Home Enhancements put in new windows throughout my whole house and I couldn't be happier. They did a wonderful job. The installers were very professional and made sure I has happy with everything. My windows are beautiful and my house looks so much nicer.
Door-to-door sales team representing this company ignores both HOA regulations prohibiting solicitation in the neighborhood as well as a very bold "NO SOLICITATION, NO EXCEPTIONS" sign posted inches away from the video doorbell used to leave a detailed sales pitch message. If they can't be professional enough to respect HOA regulations and posted signs, don't expect them to be professional in other areas.
Drew of LEI Home Enhancements came by for the consultation and provided us with a ton of excellent information about replacing windows. He is incredibly knowledgeable, patient and you can tell he takes great pride in his product. While we ended up not replacing our windows, I know that when the time comes we will come back to LEI because their windows are competitively priced, aesthetic as hell, and will add a lot of value to a home.
