Their job was extremely difficult, but we all got it to work well in the end. I will make sure I get their help in the future as well!
Looked at several window companies and several "big box" stores. Many different windows and the quality varried. Came down to two companies and Universal Windows took the time to explain how the windows were made and installed. The warranty and quality was what "sold" us along with the friendly staff, never felt pressured. Installers took care of covering all furniture and clean up was great. Did it all in 1 day (17 windows). No surprises! #1 in our books!
