Overall from ordering the windows with Keith in the showroom, his visit to our home and return even after mind-changes, the custom detail without a hitch & pretty well delivery , installation was complete to the specific contract date posted. All very personable & professional. Same goes for the installation crew, Trent & Josh, considerate with surroundings & drop cloths, efficient , again personable & professional, knowledgeable & magically came thru with our repeat fir trim. The windows themselves are very pleasing to the eye and are effectively efficient as we were promised! We’ve had our first order in place for over a year now and couldn’t be more pleased! I recently had several windows and patio doors replaced at our home in the Southern Gulf Islands. I couldn't be more impressed with the service I received from Keith in sales and Trent (and team) in installations. Such a pleasure to deal with! The quality of the product also seems outstanding. I'd put this project off for a few years because it seemed complicated and a big headache, but it turned out to be quite painless (aside from the bill, which was fair but still these things don't come cheap, as you get what you pay for and the quality is great.) Highly recommend this company for windows and doors, and excellent service.

We contacted West Coast Windows and a few other companies in Victoria a few months ago for a quote. Keith came to our place to give a quote and we ended up going to the showroom as well to take a peak at all the windows displayed. We decided to go with West Coast Windows as the windows really showed the best quality from all vendors we have spoken to. Today was installation day... Tom and Roy arrived early to install the two large windows and they look... AMAZING! We could immediately notice the difference in the sound that comes from the street and the windows are truly beautiful. Tom and Roy were both super respectful and left my place clean! 100% recommend!
